I do get where you are coming from. But the fact still remains that some shady things have been happening and that does need to be adressed. Which is not really being done all that much currently.
I understand what you mean, I think everyone should be civil. However, I think that if people would consistently post polite yet firm comments on spyed's user page, it might be an incentive for spyed to fix things.
